Refund and Returns Policy - THE STREET CULTURE

DRIPDOT is committed to helping its customers as much as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. In accordance with this policy:

Cancellations will only be considered if requested immediately after ordering. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted once the order has been forwarded to the supplier/seller and the shipping process has begun.

DRIPDOT does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers and food. However, refunds/exchanges are available if the customer determines that the quality of the delivered item is not satisfactory.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to the customer center. However, the seller will review the request after confirming and making the same judgment. You must report within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you believe that the product you received does not match what is displayed on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must report this to our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Customer Service will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
If you have a complaint about a product covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer.

Once DRIPDOT approves the refund, it will take 3-5 days to process the refund to the end customer.
